Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Orchard Platform, Inc. ("Orchard"). They cover runorchard.com, the Orchard console, and the Orchard SQL, MCP, and REST interfaces (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Accounts and keys

Keep your login and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys, including activity by agents or applications you connect. Tell us right away at security@runorchard.com if you think a key has been exposed, and revoke it in the console.

Your data

You own the data you connect and the records Orchard builds from it. You give Orchard permission to access, store, process, and serve that data only as needed to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the right to connect each tool and share its data with us. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, through the Service;
  • connect data you are not authorized to share;
  • probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or get around its access controls or rate limits;
  • resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • upload malware, or use the Service to send spam.

We may suspend access that puts the Service or other users at risk, and will tell you why when we can.

Third-party tools

Orchard connects to tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Zendesk, and Intercom. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms. Orchard is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes to their APIs.

Early access

Features marked early access or beta may change, stop working, or be removed. They are provided as they are, and these terms' service commitments do not apply to them.

Fees

Early access is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price before you choose one, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Our property

Orchard owns the Service, including its software, design, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend access if you materially breach these terms, or end the Service with 30 days' notice. After closure, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Orchard disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Matching is automated and can be wrong; check records before relying on them for financial, legal, or compliance decisions.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Orchard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Orchard's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in King County, Washington. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before significant changes take effect.
