Your SaaS data, reconciled into one warehouse.

Orchard syncs your CRM, billing, accounting, and support tools, matches every customer across them, and serves the result over SQL, MCP, and a REST API.

01 Connect

Connect the tools you already run.

HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Zendesk, Intercom. Orchard backfills history, then re-syncs every 15 minutes.

  • Five sources syncing into one warehouse.
  • 22,940 source records in, 3,204 customers out.
The Sources page of the Fernhill warehouse: HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, and Zendesk syncing and Intercom backfilling, 22,940 source records reconciled into 3,204 customers with 97.8% matched automatically.
02 Reconcile

One row per customer, with receipts.

Records are matched on domain, tax ID, and billing email.

  • Brightwater AB lives in four tools. Here it is one row.
  • Every field names the tool it came from.
  • Every match shows its evidence and confidence.
The Customers table with Brightwater AB open. Domain and owner come from HubSpot, plan and ARR from Stripe, unpaid invoices from QuickBooks, and open tickets from Zendesk. It was matched from four source records, three of them at 0.97 to 0.99 confidence.
03 Collect

Share a slice, not the warehouse.

Give an agent the EMEA pipeline and nothing else.

  • Save a filter: EMEA deals over $10K, still open.
  • It gets its own SQL view, MCP tool, REST path, and scoped key.
The collection emea-deals-over-10k: deals joined to customers where region is EMEA, amount is at least 10,000, and stage is open, returning 24 records. An Endpoints panel lists its SQL view, MCP tool, REST path, and a scoped read-only key.

Same records, three ways in.

A psql session against the Fernhill warehouse. A query on collections.emea_deals_over_10k returns Lumen Labs, Kestrel GmbH, Northwind Analytics, Brightwater AB, and Maison Lune. A second query on customers_lineage shows Brightwater AB came from HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, and Zendesk.
Connect any Postgres client. Every object is a table, every collection a view. psql $ORCHARD_URL

Plug in from anywhere.

  • SQLPostgres wire protocol, read-only
  • MCPStreamable HTTP, one tool per collection
  • RESTJSON, OpenAPI 3.1 spec
  • KeysScoped to a collection
  • LineageA _lineage table per object
  • FreshnessRe-synced every 15 min
